Ink Inc. provides office printer and copier sales, short-term rentals, long-term leasing, toner and supply fulfillment, and on-site repair and maintenance services, primarily serving businesses in Sherwood Park and the surrounding Edmonton area.
Quote Requests and Orders
All pricing is provided by quote only. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order or guarantee of pricing. Orders and service agreements are confirmed only upon written acceptance by Ink Inc.
Leasing and Rental Agreements
Leasing and rental arrangements are subject to separate written agreements, which will outline specific terms including duration, payment schedules, equipment responsibilities, and termination conditions. Those agreements govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual quote or service agreement. Ink Inc. reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Equipment and Service
We service all major printer and copier brands. On-site service is subject to availability and scheduling. Ink Inc. is not liable for business losses resulting from equipment downtime beyond our reasonable control.
